I make sure the business shows up in the build.

I'm Bartosz Budzyński. On a daily basis I work closely with product and engineering teams — helping them hit their goals while keeping business context a first-class citizen in every decision, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.

Most of that work happens in localization and internationalization, where the gap between "technically shipped" and "actually useful" is widest. I write here to think out loud about it.
